Are you a mom of 2 or more kids looking to work from home and provide enjoyment and entertainment to your children at the same time?
Come and join our team and help us to build a brand providing children 0 to 6 years old with Montessori Educational Toys where they will learn, play and grow!
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to become the face of our educational toy brand. This role is perfect for a mom with children who can authentically connect with our audience and showcase the fun and educational value of our toys through engaging content. We will send toys directly to you for content creation, including videos of your kids playing with the toys, which will be featured on our social media and marketing platforms.
Our ideal candidate speaks native English, has experience in graphic design, and is confident creating content that highlights the brand’s values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the Face of the Brand
• Act as the main ambassador and spokesperson for the brand.
• Create relatable, authentic, and engaging content that reflects the brand’s values.
• Appear in videos and photos featuring yourself and your children interacting with the toys.
• Build trust and connection with our audience by showcasing the educational benefits of our toys.
Social Media Management
• Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts, ensuring consistent posting (minimum 3-4 posts per week).
• Develop creative strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster community.
• Plan and execute a monthly content strategy and calendar, aligning with marketing goals.
Content Creation & UGC
• UGC Videos: Create authentic videos of your kids playing with the toys and demonstrating their educational benefits.
• Blog Posts: Write one blog post per week on topics like parenting, educational toys, or play ideas.
• Social Media Content: Repurpose blog content into:
• Instagram Reels
• Instagram & Facebook posts
• Stories with compelling captions tailored to our audience.
Photography & Videography
• Take high-quality photos of the toys in fun, natural, and creative settings.
• Plan, shoot, and edit UGC videos featuring yourself and your kids playing with the toys.
• Enhance photos and videos with Adobe tools or similar software to maintain high visual standards.
Graphic Design
• Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, promotions, and banners using Adobe Illustrator or other design tools.
• Create templates or reusable assets for cohesive branding across all platforms.
Monthly Planning & Strategy
• Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive content strategy at the beginning of each month.
• Organize a monthly calendar for blog posts, social media content, and video ideas.
Reporting & Optimization
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies and content.
• Stay updated on trends in toys, parenting, and social media to continuously improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
• Must be a mom with children (required for authentic UGC creation).
• Native English speaker (required).
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Strong writing skills for blogs, captions, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools is required.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera as the face of the brand.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for photography and videography.
• Ability to plan and execute monthly strategies and adhere to deadlines.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and engagement.
