Customer Service and Operations Assistant – Ecommerce
Overview
We are looking for a part-time remote contractor to help with Customer Service and Operational tasks for our eCommerce store.
MAIN DUTIES: customer emails, customer chat, order fulfillment, and online studio admin tasks.

We’re an established eCommerce brand, selling health and wellness products since 2017. We just achieved our 8-year anniversary!
Taking care of our customers and working efficiently are our top priorities. Our customers are passionate about our high-quality products and we are known for our positive and upbeat customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Customer Service
Experience with Shopify, Google Docs, Google Sheets
Self Starter and Self-Motivated
Open with Communication
Detail-Oriented
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Flexible hours(ideally two sessions of work a day, one in the morning/early afternoon and one in the late afternoon/evening)
Remote work from home
1-3 hours per day(Our previous customer service personnel worked on average 1.5-2 hours a day and completed all tasks)
6 days a week(Saturday off)
We’ll provide all resources and instructions on how to handle each situation, and how to communicate the brand’s message when answering emails.
