Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation, particularly within the real estate sector. Your role will involve reaching out to vacant land owners using the Call Tools calling platform. Using a script you will collect info on people that are interested in selling their land and put it into a google document for the acquisition manager.
Skills include:

✔️Good phone voice
✔️Very polite and friendly demeanor
✔️Good at handling objections which we can train you with our scripts that work
✔️Stable internet
✔️Positive attitude and go getter personality
✔️Talking to seller leads who might be interested in selling their selling their land.
✔️ Asking the right questions, and helping people understand their options with us if they want to sell their land
✔️ Using Google Docs to track and manage leads info which we can gladly train you
✔️ Getting on calls to talk about weekly objection handling issues or questions you may have

Ana became interested in working with vacant landowners because she saw a lot of them struggling with selling vacant land, with them not knowing how to work through the many issues that can come with owning vacant land, and saw how much stress it caused the owners.
