About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a Christian business coaching company. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about their faith, loves Jesus, and values the guidance of the Holy Spirit. You’ll assist with key tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping the CEO deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email & Social Media Communication: Respond to emails and messages across all social platforms on behalf of the CEO.
  • Client Onboarding Management: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation and communication are handled efficiently. Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for our clients in alignment with our values.
  • Social Media Scheduling: Schedule social media posts using provided images and copy. Coordinate posting schedules to maintain consistency across platforms, ensuring the content reflects our mission.
  • Video Coordination: Work with our editor to upload videos to the main social media channels. Ensure content is uploaded on time and aligns with our company’s message of faith-based empowerment.
  • Live Call Moderation: Attend live Zoom calls as needed to assist with moderation and participant management. Help ensure the smooth operation of virtual events while embodying the spirit of hospitality.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support for any tasks the CEO may need assistance with.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A committed Christian who loves Jesus and all things Holy Spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with email platforms, social media tools (e.g., scheduling apps), and Zoom.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • A self-starter who can work independently but also enjoys collaboration.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or social media management is a plus.
