As a Paraplanner, you’ll directly report to our CEO and Lead Wealth Advisor in delivering financial clarity, confidence, and calm. This flexible role (part-time or full-time) focuses on technical excellence, process improvement, and meaningful family impact.

Compensation and Benefits
Full-Time W-2 position: $65,000-$95,000, depending on experience, with performance-based bonus
Part-Time W-2 position: $30-$45/hour, with performance-based bonus

Job Responsibilities:
(1) Financial Planning and Analysis:
Build and update financial plans using in-house tools and software.
Perform advanced Excel analyses (e.g., cash flow projections, stock option strategies, and insurance optimization) to deliver actionable recommendations.
Use your expertise to simplify complex financial topics for clients, translating insights into clear next steps.
(2) Financial Research and Support:
Research topics like tax strategy, equity compensation, and estate planning.
Maintain and expand knowledge databases to improve the firm’s efficiency.
(3) Automation and Scalability:
Collaborate with our software engineer to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
Help automate analyses and workflow,, to enable us to serve even more families at lower costs.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or data analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Bachelor’s degree, ideally in STEM. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. An interest in personal finance (e.g., FIRE movement, tax strategy, equity compensation, and holistic financial planning) Family-focused and aligned with Steward’s missionNo prior financial planning experience necessary.
