Sales Manager – Must be located in Florida

Overview
We’re looking for an FLORIDA based, energetic sales manager to join our team. We are a small real estate company that acquires vacant land through direct mail and resells it on various for-sale-by-owner websites to our end customers often with owner-financing. This is a contract position with compensation solely by commission. Expecting 100 ‘touches’ a day from call, text and emails, and 7hrs of talk time a week.
Our current marketing trends generate about 100 leads per week, and you will have a database of about 1,000 existing leads that you are welcome to try your hand with. This is a part-time work-from-home position where you will be returning calls to sales leads that have responded to an ad to purchase land. Past real estate experience preferred but not required; however, you must be eager to learn and be teachable. Negotiation skills and experience is strongly preferred.
2-3 hours per day as needed, including weekends. 70% of time on the phone, along with 30% time devoted to various lead management activities using our software. You must love talking to and negotiating with people, be extremely personable on the phone, be prompt/timely with returning communications/inquiries, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
• Reviewing incoming leads and queries in our CRM system and responding through phone call, text or email.
We are looking to provide a lot of freedom in this position. This is a remote position and you may set your own hours. There are no limits to how much income you can generate. This is a perfect position for someone looking to be in control of their own future.

Compensation:
• $100/week – 2 weeks of training.
• $200 of the document processing fee for any deal you close
• 10% (based on experience) Commission on the down payment for any deal you close
• 10% (based on experience) Commission on the monthly payment for any deal you close. Earn ‘passive income’ if the client continues to make their monthly payments.
This is not a cold-call position, all leads will range from Warm–Hot and will have reached out to us through an ad created/posted by our marketing VA. This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential!
