Sales Oriented Account Manager Needed For Longterm Role (Base + Commission)
100% FULLY REMOTE, FLEXIBLE HOURS, BASE + COMMISSION (as long as get the job done, and attend required company meetings)
SUMMARY
We are a digital marketing company who works with Commercial Roofers.
We are looking for a sales oriented Account Manager to grow a base of clients, and retain them on commission.
This position starts with a base of $2k-$3k depending on experience, and is be immediately eligble to start earning commission on closed accounts. (Current AM made approximately $95k this year, and will be available to train and support you).
ABOUT US
Our company has been in business for over 10 years, and are currently in growth mode.
Our service works like this:
- Clients agree to pay us a monthly fee
- We generate leads for clients with our proprietary marketing systems
- They bid on and close the leads as jobs to return their investment
Our marketing systems are our core competency. Most of our roofing accounts return 3x-10x on dollars investment + within 12 months of purchase (though results do vary).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be required to:
- Take sales calls
- Close sales calls (until roster is full)
- Retain and manage your roster of clients
- Work along with our backend team and report to management
- Handle anything and everything to do with your base of clients (with support)
- Attend required meetings with team, when necessary
All leads (fresh warm leads, as well as past prospect lists) and training will be provided for you.
You would be the face of the company for each client you close and manage and would be expecte to always be presentable when on zoom calls.)
You would start with a small base, and for each client you sign, would earn a monthly recurring commission on each client under you as a % of their revenue.

- Longterm Focused: Because of our commission model, we are looking for the right AM to stay longterm
- Presentable: Cares about looking presentable / image to represent the company well
(Experience is great, especially those with digital marketing agency experience, but we are willing to train the right fit).
