Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with various digital marketing tasks. This is a part-time, remote position averaging 10-20 hours per week. While the work is flexible and can often be done at your convenience, tasks must be completed by set deadlines. Availability during regular business hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST) for occasional training or meetings is required. This role is not suitable for someone with a full-time job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post weekly updates to Google Business Profiles for clients.
  • Download images from clients’ social media accounts and organize them in designated Google Drive folders.
  • Upload relevant images to clients’ Google Business Profiles.
  • Maintain detailed records of tasks and ensure accuracy in all uploads and updates.
  • Communicate with the team regarding task progress and any challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of Google Business Profiles is a plus.
  • Availability during 8 AM – 5 PM CST for occasional training or meetings.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
