Position Responsibilities
OBJECTIVE: Schedule inspections
ACTIVITY: Search Google Maps for ‘Ugly Roofs’ on commercial buildings- Do this in an organized fashion, in quadrants, by zip code, by town, etc. Stay within the Western Suburbs of Chicago with your efforts.
WORKFLOW: Search Google Maps–> Find an Ugly Roof–> Record the building address and contact information that you find–> Make phone call(s) to find the decision maker–> Record details of calls –> Book inspection appointments
Sample questions and strategy training will be provided.
Key Sales Metrics
-Make 20 calls per day
-Schedule 2 qualified appointments per day for the sales team
-Database Maintenance: Keep lead data up-to-date in our spreadsheet
Qualifications
-Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
-Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred
-Comfortable with cold calling
-Proficient with basic spreadsheet
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
