Remote Sales Manager – Land Investing

We are a fast-growing land investment company dedicated to making land ownership accessible and affordable. We specialize in selling small, recreational properties with flexible financing options. Right now, we’re a lean operation—but we’re planning to scale this business to new heights.
Role Overview:
As a Remote Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming leads generated by our marketing efforts. Initially, this won’t require a heavy time commitment, but as we grow, your involvement and earning potential will increase. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a business with big ambitions.
Compensation Structure:
We offer a competitive commission-based structure designed to reward both upfront effort and ongoing success:
Cash Deals:
$300 flat fee per closed deal.
1% of the total sale price.
Terms Deals:
5% of the buyer’s down payment.
10% of the monthly note (paid monthly as long as you’re employed).
$300 flat fee per closed deal.
Example: For a $3,000 cash sale, you’d earn $330. For a terms deal with a $500 down payment and $100/month payments, you’d earn $325 upfront + $10/month ongoing.
Responsibilities:
Respond to warm leads via phone, email, or text (no cold calling required).
Qualify buyers and guide them through our simple sales process.
Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of your interactions and sales in our CRM system.
