Overview

We offer transformational coaching and sacred system integration through KALEIDOSCOPE. We combine Human Design, the Enneagram, shamanic practices, and modern healing modalities to support clients in their journey from survival to sovereignty.

Program Support
Manage program materials and content distribution
Support live call logistics and recordings
Maintain student portal and resources
Track program engagement and completion

Communication Management
Monitor and manage email communications
Support client inquiries and correspondence
Assist with social media scheduling and engagement
Maintain community spaces and forums

Content Support
Format and organize teaching materials
Assist with content calendar management
Support blog and newsletter distribution
Organize digital resource library

Administrative
Schedule management and calendar coordination
Basic bookkeeping and invoice processing
Document organization and file management
System and process documentation

Required Skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Strong written communication
Tech-savvy with digital platforms
