Job Overview:
As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in welcoming new members. Your focus will be on guiding prospects through the enrollment process, answering their questions, and addressing objections to help them confidently join our program. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for a goal-driven, sales-oriented professional who is passionate about helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:
– Engage Prospective Members: Respond to leads generated through email, calls, and online inquiries, providing detailed information about our programs and offerings.
– Consultative Selling: Understand the unique goals and challenges of each prospect to position our offerings as the solution to meet their needs.
– Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
– Answer Questions: Provide clear, concise answers to prospects’ questions about program features, pricing, and outcomes.
– Overcome Objections: Address concerns with empathy and facts, showcasing how we have helped others achieve success.
– Close Sales: Guide prospects through the enrollment process, securing commitments to join the our community.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
– Reporting: Track your sales metrics, pipeline performance, and key insights to help refine and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales. We are only interested in speaking to people with a proven track-record in sales, preferably for a coaching program.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– A self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently.
– Comfortable discussing financial investments and addressing concerns related to pricing.
– Experience in real estate or familiarity with land investing is a plus but not required.
– Proficiency with CRM tools and online communication platforms is a plus.
