Overview
Are you a self-motivated Sales Super Star looking for flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential? Do you love real estate, talking to people, and working on your own terms? What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and close sales.
- Follow up promptly on leads using phone, text, and email.
- Negotiate sales agreements and handle basic negotiations.
- Maintain up-to-date records in systems like Airtable, FollowUpBoss, and LGpass.
- Generate and submit weekly performance reports.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Airtable, FollowUpBoss, etc.).
- Strong internet connection and access to a reliable US-based mobile phone.
- Personal laptop with basic tech skills.
- Outstanding phone skills—confidence is a must!
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a huge plus.

The expectation for a successful sales associate is $3,000 – $5,000 per month within 12 months with consistent growth of income from approximately 10-20 hours of work per week.
