We are a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in delivering exceptional websites and marketing services. We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth onboarding and successful project completion for our clients.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the main liaison between our delivery team and clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the launch of new websites and marketing services for clients, guiding them through a seamless 6-week build process. You’ll track projects in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and the right tasks are assigned at the right time.
You’ll also provide regular updates to clients using recurring services, create support tickets for troubleshooting and client requests, and follow up to ensure tickets are completed. Finally, you’ll close the loop with clients to confirm their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between clients and the delivery team.
Project Management: Use Asana to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of each phase in the 6-week build process.
Client Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive onboarding calls to gather hosting and domain access and address key questions for website and marketing services setup.
Progress Updates: Communicate regularly with clients about project status, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
Recurring Services Management: Provide regular updates to clients with ongoing services and ensure they are informed and satisfied.
Support Ticket Handling: Create support tickets for client troubleshooting and special requests. Follow up to ensure tasks are completed and confirm client satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and resolve any issues.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1-3 years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
Project Management Skills: Hands-on experience with project management software (preferably Asana).
Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and website development. (No hands-on execution required but understanding of concepts is crucial.)
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to track multiple projects and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Follow-Through: High degree of reliability to see projects through to completion.
