The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a driven, skilled B2B Sales Development Representative ready to elevate their career. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, working directly under our Commercial Director to secure new customer relationships, deepen existing ones, drive revenue growth, and achieve ambitious targets. We seek a passionate and competitive team player who thrives in building partnerships with clients while enabling growth through strategic relationship management.

 

The Role :

  • 25% Customer Success; 75% Sales
  • Spearhead sales of our innovative food packing solutions
  • Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and video demonstrations
  • Ensure prompt and effective response to inquiries and leads
  • Strategically drive customer retention and expansion by understanding and responding to their business needs and requirements
  • Attend trade shows approximately 3xs a year ( travel)
  • Leverage your expertise to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, maintaining an up-to-date prospect database

WHO YOU ARE :

  • Experienced B2B sales, with a knack for communicating the value of technical products and identifying customer needs
  • A strong performer with a history of exceeding sales quotas
  • MUST be proficient in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or other similar products/tools
  • Experience with sales engagement/ enablement platforms such as SalesLoft, Outreach or Going.i.o.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills in person and virtually

NOTE: Candidates should be comfortable including photos with email signatures, and profiles and participating in video sales prospecting. ( Vidyard, HIPPO Video)

 

This is a W-2 Employee Position :

Full Time and or Part Time possibilities

Full Time includes Benefits Package

PTO for FT or PT

Compensation :

Full -Time 50-60,000 per year with 5% commission on New Business for the first year they are a customer ;

Part-Time 25-30,00 per with 5% commission on New Business for the first they are a customer
