Qualifications

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to inbound seller leads via phone, text, and email. - Conduct basic property research to ensure accurate valuations and due diligence. - Draft and manage purchase agreements and contracts. - Build rapport with clients to overcome objections and finalize deals. - Collaborate with realtors to facilitate property sales after acquisitions. - Use our CRM daily to track leads, follow-ups, and close deals efficiently. - Contribute to refining processes and workflows to improve team performance.Qualifications: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. - Confidence in managing calls and negotiating with clients. - Experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is a plus but not required. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and workflows.
