Job Title: Sales Account Executive (HR)
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $60/hour base pay + commissions
Hours: Part-time, 5-20 hours per week
About the Role:
We are a career coaching agency that helps mid-career professionals land their dream jobs. Over the last 7+ years, we’ve helped thousands of job seekers and, as we’re expanding rapidly, we need some help handling our inbound sales calls.
That’s where you come in.
We’re seeking a Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for talking with prospective clients, learning about their situation, and determining if they’re a good fit for our programs.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with job seekers, build relationships, and ultimately drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and job seekers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage your HR or recruiting experience to assist job seekers in finding the right roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, job seekers, and other stakeholders.
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions by successfully closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience for job seekers.
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a high level of professionalism in all communications.
This roles is a good fit for you if:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a similar role.
- You enjoy talking to people with a focus on empathy & connection.
- You have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people succeed.
- You have an ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
+ Experience in the recruiting industry is a significant plus.
+ Experience in sales is a significant plus.
