Seeking a Rockstar Marketing Team Captain for our virtual financial coaching & bookkeeping services firm.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Finding partnerships and opportunities for our coaches to speak and teach our embodied money management systems
  • Creating and implementing a digital/social media strategy and personal appearances strategy in concert with the sales team (plan, calendar and budget) to attract qualified leads for both our Mastermind group and 1:1 services.
  • Overseeing the customer journey, from awareness to raving fan, and leading optimization of areas requiring improvement for business growth
  • Enhancing current marketing tactics to fit the overall plan
  • Gathering, reviewing and reporting on results of marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop a framework for consistently capturing marketing ideas from all team members and consolidating same to strengthen the overall marketing strategy
  • Serve as a project manager with effective delegation of marketing tasks to the copywriter and others and overseeing their work
  • From time to time cover for the sales team on sales calls

This job is ideal for someone:

  1. with experience working with a small professional service firm (think CPA firm without the tax season stress).
  2. who enjoys figuring out what works and constantly improving AND what isn’t working and starting over
  3. who has worked independently in the past and is willing to learn the following:  ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, ThriveCart by Learn,  Zoom, G Suite (including Presentations), light video editing, Canva, and Slack
  4. who is willing to learn a true understanding of our model and be willing to consider implementing it personally in order to possess a deep empathy with clients as well as market from personal experience.
  5. who has experience with fostering and increasing engagement in Facebook and LinkedIn groups as well as supporting group members.

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of marketing campaigns created with results achieved
  • Flexibility, integrity, cooperative, and inquisitive
  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings typically on Wednesdays

Here’s what is great about this opportunity:

1. You get to work from home. This also means you must be a self-starter as there won’t be anyone there to tell you when to work.

2. The hours are flexible. You will be assigned work and there will be deadlines. How you meet those deadlines is up to you. The specific times of day you work are up to you with the exception of a regular all company meetings check ins with the CEO.

3. There is no stress, no rush or panic. I just need someone who is creative and has good follow through on seeing tasks and projects through to completion.

4. You only have to get dressed from the shirt up. We do all our meetings via video calls, so yoga pants won’t be seen.

5. We are a growth-oriented company. If you enjoy reading, you’ll be rewarded especially as the business benefits from your growth.

We are looking to bring someone on board as soon as possible, but will spend the time to find the best fit both in abilities and cultural fit. A qualified candidate must enjoy learning, being stretched to grow and will ultimately be an integral part of our family away from our families.

Currently, this position is 10 hrs/week with compensation starting at $25/hour. There will be predetermined performance indicators that will result in raises as goals are achieved. The hours may also increase as we determine what’s working, what isn’t and what’s required to get the job done.

We also offer an online program to support our clients in their continual optimization of their financial health. We are a 100% remote business based in Fort Wayne, IN. We currently have 10 team members.
