Overview
Executive Assistant
Work Hours: 10-15 Hours/Week
Hourly Rate: $22 per Hour
Do you want to be part of a high-energy, fast-growing company where you love going to work every day? Do you want to be part of a supportive team where you can do your best work and really shine?
We are looking for a sharp North America-based Remote Executive Assistant to join our growth strategy company. In this role, you will provide executive-level support to our CEO and team. Responsibilities include calendar and email management, task coordination, organizing meetings, and supporting daily operations. You will play a crucial role in improving the effectiveness of our leadership and keeping the company running smoothly.
This is a virtual position working with our distributed team. The time investment will be about 10-15 hours per week and it’s perfect for a parent who wants a flexible job during school hours. You can work from your own home, but you must have a distraction-free workspace. The hours can be flexible, but you must be reliable, and available during Mountain Standard working hours.
About You…
You’re the type of person that loves to dot i’s and cross t’s and are able to learn quickly.
Love a fast-paced environment.
Are so organized that friends and family may joke about you being too obsessive with how organized you are.
You read websites, books, or articles and find mistakes immediately. Computer and organizational skills are a must and you’ll use your own computer.
Familiarity with managing executive calendars, organizing meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Love working with people, but also take pride in your attention to detail – never missing a beat.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Are so proactive that you’re like… “What else can I take off your plate?”
Looking to grow with a company and not become the star of your own business (we love shiny stars—but it’s not a match for this extremely supportive role).
Here is what your responsibilities ACTUALLY include (but not limited to)…
Executive Support: Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Email and Task Coordination: Drafting, managing, and responding to communications; coordinating tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
Meeting Support: Taking notes during staff and client meetings, creating actionable task lists, and following up as needed.
Administrative Assistance: Assisting with report preparation, creating presentations, and other administrative tasks.
Document Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining records and documents.
A lot of the tasks you’ll be responsible for have written documentation already. So as long as you can follow some simple instructions you’ll pick things up pretty quickly. You will take direction from audio and video, as well as email.

You don’t need to know all of these tools, but be a quick and eager learner.

This position will start part-time (10-15 hours per week) with the likelihood of going to 30 eventually. There will be a ramp-up period to get you to the full 15 hrs/week. Flexible working hours. We are family-friendly! (You need to carpool every day at 3 – we work around that!)
We are looking to bring you onboard and want you to be a part of our dynamic, very small but fun team. You’ll be a central and integral part of our small team and we’re looking for you to grow with us.
Why You Would Love Working Here…
Our goal is to create massive lifestyle wealth (health wealth, time wealth, family wealth) for all involved on our team. We trust each other to get things done by relying on our outstanding processes, our mutual goals, and our mutual respect for each other and the work we do for clients.
