The Role
We are a rapidly growing holistic foundational health company built on principles of excellence and compassionate care for our clients.
Our Team works tirelessly to serve our clients in every aspect of their healing journey. This program heals women holistically– body, mind, emotions, ect.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both Western and holistic medicine and a commitment to delivering compassionate, results-driven care. We value accountability, encouraging a proactive approach to learning and taking ownership of any mistakes. This role requires someone skilled in clear, empathetic communication and dedicated to maintaining high standards within our organization. A genuine passion for supporting women on their wellness journeys, combined with experience in remote coaching and comfort with digital platforms, will set candidates apart.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Facilitation: Lead a structured online health coaching program ensuring participants feel supported, motivated, and accountable in their wellness journeys.
Group Coaching: Conduct group coaching sessions via Zoom to provide guidance, answer questions, and foster a supportive community environment.
One to One Sessions: Conduct one to one client health coaching sessions, mindset sessions and transition calls to support their journey through our program.
Community Management: Manage a private Facebook group, engaging participants through educational posts, discussion prompts, and community-building activities.
Health Tracking & Accountability: Utilize Practice Better to monitor participants’ progress, set goals, and track milestones.
Ongoing Program Development: Collaborate with the team to continuously improve program content, based on feedback and emerging trends in holistic health.
Other Responsibilities:
Manage and create spreadsheets
Canva worksheets and pdfs
Managing email and Practice Better messages from clients with appropriate responses to questions and support requests
Phone call support as needed
Tracking client progress and making sure notes are up to date in Go High Level
Other administrative support tasks
Qualifications:
Certified Health Coach with a focus on holistic or functional health (e.g., CHC, NBC-HWC, or equivalent). Other certifications that are not required but also accepted in place of a health coach certification are RN, FDN, FNTP, NTP.
Demonstrated knowledge in cellular health, nutrition, and holistic wellness.
Documentation and assessment skills a must
Experience using Practice Better not required but preferred, Go High Level, Facebook, and Zoom – this is a must for group coaching and program facilitation.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a supportive online community.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Passionate about empowering women to take charge of their health.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience facilitating group coaching programs.
Familiarity with wellness education and behavior change strategies.
Ability to create engaging, motivational, and educational content
Requirements
This is a full time contractor position – starting at $4,000-$5,000 per month – 1099 contract.
Available to work Monday – Friday during east coast standard business hours (9am to 5pm).
Able to work 40 hours per week with some flexibility.
Able to pass background and reference checks. Living and able to work in the United States
Understands HIPPA confidentiality practices
