Senior Bookkeeper – Team Lead

Overview

Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking to get out of the trenches and lead? If that’s you and you have at least 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping, we need to talk!

We are a SUPER fast growing 100% virtual accounting firm looking for someone meticulous to help us fulfill the needs of our bookkeeping clients.  In this role you would be QC’ing the junior bookkeepers work before it goes out to the clients, supporting the junior bookkeepers in their growth to reduce errors and expand knowledge (and hence making your life easier as their lead), communicating directly with clients for fulfillment delivery and helping them feel utterly well taken care of.   Must have advanced knowledge of bank feed allocations, account reconciliations, possibly a journal entry here and there. Currently we adding new clients each and every month and we are are not stopping – we plan to continue to scale to new heights.

Looking for someone fluent in Quickbooks Online AND that is a total A-Player when it comes to problem solving (and life in general). You must be a real “figure it out” type, that isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and have the team’s back while doing it (zero drama tolerance – we all help each other!)
