Fractional Business Account Manager

Overview

Do you love a challenge?  Do you like variety in your work?  Do you enjoy supporting the growth of small businesses and setting up systems for success?

We seek an experienced remote account manager to launch a new program while supporting our clients as they go through the implementation process. You will divide your time initially between 3 to 4 small businesses. As growth occurs you will then narrow your focus to 1 or maybe to 2 accounts. The tasks will be consistent across accounts, allowing you to duplicate efforts and streamline efficiencies.

You will support our partners in growing their businesses through organic and cold outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up an emailing system for the business owners ( all training and step-by-step instructions will be provided)
  • Follow up on all leads
  • Track all leads throughout each stage of the process
  • Implement Organic Outreach
  • Book 15 Minute Demo Calls
  • Conduct Demo Calls
  • Onboard Clients

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Highly Self Motivated
  • Experience working Remotely ( Min 1 year)
  • Highly Coachable
  • Works Independently
  • Resourceful
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Proven Sales Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
