Client Account Manager – Job Description
The Opportunity:
As a Client Account Manager, you’ll provide proactive marketing guidance and exceptional service to our clients in the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services niche. You’ll work closely with both our Client Account Management Leader and COO to ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire client journey, from onboarding to ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Support:
Lead smooth onboarding for new clients or upsells, including clear agendas, meeting summaries, and performance reporting.
Provide immediate ongoing support by addressing client inquiries and ensuring seamless communication.
Client Retention & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, setting expectations, and fostering long-term relationships.
Lead client training, resolve issues proactively, and oversee account maintenance.
Sales & Reputation Growth:
Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., websites, SEO) and generate referrals to enhance reputation and sales.
Project Coordination & Leadership:
Manage project timelines, ensure efficient task execution, and mentor new account managers.
Oversee Google Ads campaigns and ensure optimal performance based on established SOPs.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Respond to client technical issues and collaborate with the team to ensure optimal client performance.
Communication & Reporting:
Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all client interactions and meetings for transparency and continuity.
Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, Agency Analytics, and Google Suite is a plus.
