Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist for a short-term contract role. The primary responsibility will be manually transferring approximately 500 customer records from an existing database into a new customer service platform. This role requires exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to data integrity.

Responsibilities:

•Accurately input customer data from one system into a new database

•Ensure consistency, completeness, and correctness of all entered information

•Identify and correct any discrepancies in data

•Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information

•Complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe

Compensation & Timeline:

•This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours

•The project must be completed within a short timeframe (exact duration to be discussed)

•Competitive flat rate based on experience

Qualifications & Requirements:•Proven data entry experience with a track record of accuracy and efficiency•Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work•English as a first language (strong written and verbal communication skills)•Ability to work independently, stay focused, and meet deadlines•Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and data management tools•Ability to provide professional references upon requestPreferred Skills:•Familiarity with customer databases or CRM software•Previous experience with data migration projects•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
