Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Rep/Appointment Setter to help initiate contact with potential sellers, gather property details, and set appointments for further discussions with our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact warm leads via phone to introduce us and discuss property details.
Gather information on property size, location, zoning, and ownership status.
Assess seller motivations and price expectations.
Build relationships with sellers and maintain engagement through follow-up calls.
Update CRM with lead details and status.
Set appointments for site evaluations or further discussions with senior team members.
