Overview

I am a professional national DJ, MC, Event Host, Podcast Host, and Educator/Speaker! I’m looking for a VA who can help streamline my administrative tasks, enhance organization, and manage key operational aspects so I can focus on my creative and professional work.

Administrative & Client Management: Google Calendar & Email & Google Drive Management – Organizing schedules, responding to inquiries, and decluttering emails. Follow-up on Leads – Sending automated emails and booking confirmations. Contract & Proposal Management – Creating and sending contracts, ensuring timely follow ups on payments. Event Support & Follow-ups – Sending post-event emails for client feedback and testimonials. Organize digital files and resources. Scheduling reminders for important tasks and deadlines.

Project & Business Operations CRM & Workflow Management – Managing and refining systems in my CRM Tave. Trello for Project Management – Organizing tasks and ensuring projects stay on track. Basic Graphic Design in Canva – Creating simple marketing materials and event flyers. Business Travel & Itinerary Planning – Coordinating travel for bookings.

Podcast & Digital Marketing Support Podcast Scheduling & Guest Coordination: – Organizing bookings, guest communications, and episode planning/schedule. Email Newsletter & Audience Engagement – Managing email lists and maintaining engagement through Kit or similar platforms. Help create a content strategy to repurpose content and post across all platforms, blog, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Strategic Content Support – Brainstorming and assisting with new ideas to optimize outreach and partnership.

Qualifications

Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent scheduling, email management, and client communication. Marketing and Promotion: Ability to create basic promotional materials (Canva). Reliability and Proactivity: Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, and independent work. Maintains a positive, high-vibe, and friendly attitude! Basic Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with common office software and online collaboration tools. AI comfort is a plus!
