Looking for an opportunity to use your crackerjack customer care and admin skills?

Need SUPERSTAR customer care representative and admin support! Must be able to put yourself in customer’s shoes, be patient, thoughtful and thorough, and can track customer issues to conclusion.

YOU HAVE:

  • Strong background in customer service – you LOVE it
  • Common Sense
  • Logic
  • Good writing skills (TONS of templated responses provided)

YOU ARE:

  • A quick study – open to learning new systems and specific processes
  • Flexible (sometimes procedures change!)
  • Good are READING and FULFILLING support requests in as few responses as possible
  • Computer savvy
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organized
  • Good at documentation
  • Good at following procedure
  • Willing to GET ON THE PHONE with customers if an issue cannot be resolved via email

SYSTEMS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency in Google:
  • GMail
  • Labels
  • Sending/scheduling emails and reminders
  • Marking/tracking emails for follow-up
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar
  • Skype / Teams
  • Time tracking application
  • ***ACUITY A MUST***

SYSTEMS PREFERABLE:

  • Basic computer/browser tech support
  • Basic understanding of Keap
  • Look up contacts and can read customer order history
    **Certified Partners/Consultants need not apply**
  • Basic understanding of Ontraport
  • Look up contacts and can read customer order history

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Customer care
  • Organization/follow-up on projects/timelines
  • Basic knowledge of accounts management process

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

Knowledge of Telesummit business model

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years working virtually
  • Dedicated, uninterrupted work space
  • Dedicated landline with unlimited long distance
  • Email access
  • Reliable computer with current, updated OS required
  • Reliable Broadband high-speed Internet connectivity. NO DSL or dial-up

OH – and FYI:

This takes serious focus and attention, at least in the beginning. One position requires up to 4 hours/day M-F, 1.5 hours/day S/S.
Other positions are flex-time.
