We are a vision-first strategy and marketing firm helping businesses push their potential. We’re looking for a sharp, motivated person to join us part-time and keep our sales process running smoothly.

As our Inside Sales & CRM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making sure our prospect lists are up-to-date, our CRM is tidy, and no opportunity slips through the cracks. You’ll be the one keeping us connected to the right people and setting up our leadership team for success.

This is a remote role, perfect if you like working independently but want to be part of a small, supportive, and fast-moving team. No heavy sales experience required—we’re happy to train you and help you grow!

What You’ll Do:

  • CRM Management: Keep our sales pipeline clean and organized. Update contact info, track progress, and make sure no lead gets left behind.
  • List Development & Management: Research and build curated prospect lists. Identify potential clients who align with our services.
  • Sales Qualification Support (SQL): Handle the early steps—screen potential clients, schedule calls, and set the stage for deeper conversations.
  • Admin Assistance: Provide general admin and organizational support to our leadership team.
  • Opportunity for Growth: As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities to take on more client-facing responsibilities and expand into inside sales.

The Details:

  • Part-Time (flexible hours, 10–20 hours/week to start)
  • Fully Remote (office space available in Denton, Texas if you are local and prefer to work in office)
