Overview

We’re looking for an energetic salesperson to join our team. We are a small, growing real estate company that acquires vacant land through direct mail and resells it on various for-sale-by-owner websites to our end customer, often with owner financing. This is a commission-only position paid monthly on the first week of the month. This is an unlimited earning potential role!

✅50% of the document processing fee for any deal you close
✅10% Commission on the down payment for any deal you close
✅10% Commission on the monthly payment for any deal you close

This is NOT a cold-call position; all leads will range from Warm to hot and will have reached out to us through an ad created/posted by our marketing team. Our current marketing trends generate about 12 leads per week, and you will have a database of a little over 1000 existing leads and growing that you are welcome to try your hand with. We’re getting 2-4 leads a day, and this is picking up and so this role is one that can grow, and if we grow too much, we’re able to keep you where you’d like to be and then hire more.

1-2 hours per day as needed. 70% of time on the phone, along with 30% time devoted to various lead management activities using our software. You must love talking to and negotiating with people, be extremely personable on the phone, be prompt/timely with returning communications/inquiries, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail. Spanish speaking capability a bonus, but not a must.

*This 1099 position is 100% commission-based with no caps on earning potential.

My company has been successful in acquiring & selling land for close to 2 years now. We are looking for a persistent, self-motivated Sales Specialist to sell our vacant land within the USA. The Sales Specialist will be provided with an average of 30-50 new qualified leads from individuals who have contacted our company with an interest in purchasing one or more properties from our inventory.

What do you need to be able to do?
⭐ You’ll need to talk to a lot of people on the phone to find their problem and provide them value.
⭐ You’ll review incoming leads and queries in our CRM system and respond through phone, text, and email.
⭐ You’ll need to be great at asking clarifying and qualifying questions.
⭐ You need to be able to easily use web-based tools.
⭐ You have to care about people and WANT to help them by helping solve their problems.
⭐ You have to love getting on the phone.
⭐ You have to be persistent with your follow-up.
⭐ You have to love to learn and improve your skills.
⭐ You have to be willing to be coached and take action.

The right candidate will respond, persistently, and nurture leads to ultimately convert those leads into sales. No high-pressure sales tactics are needed.
Experience in Real Estate Sales is helpful but not required. When applying, please include the word “Millennium” in your cover letter. Hours worked will vary based on the number of leads. Position is 100% commission after thirty days of training. Training will be paid at a flat monthly rate, plus bonuses. Commissions range from $500 to $5,000+ over the life of a customer. You can make $50,000+ per year part-time working from anywhere with your mobile phone & computer. There is truly no limit on the earning potential in this role.
