Specific Responsibilities
Answer Facebook messages from potential buyers and turn those conversations into sales.
Follow up with leads via phone calls, text messages, and emails.
Manage and track leads in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) to stay organized and follow up effectively.
Educate buyers on the benefits of land ownership and our easy financing options.
Overcome objections and build trust—many leads are skeptical at first, but a great salesperson turns them into believers.
Choose your own hours —ours buyers are most active on nights and weekends making this an ideal side gig to supplement extra income.
Close deals! You’ll be walking people through the process and securing their dream property.
