**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our dynamic balloon business. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing communications, scheduling, invoicing, and ensuring the business owner remains on track with daily operations. Additionally, experience in social media management, email marketing, and website updates is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Email Management:**
– Organize and prioritize the business owner’s inbox.
– Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Draft and send emails, including pricing information to potential clients.

– **Calendar Management:**
– Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
– Set reminders for important tasks and deadlines.
– Coordinate event bookings and deliveries.

– **Invoicing:**
– Prepare and send basic invoices to clients.
– Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
– Maintain accurate financial records.

– **Sales Support:**
– Communicate pricing and service options to potential clients via email.
– Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into bookings.

– **Task Management:**
– Assist the business owner in prioritizing daily tasks.
– Ensure deadlines are met and projects are on track.

**Additional Responsibilities (as needed):**

– **Social Media Management:**
– Create, schedule, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages.
– Monitor social media trends to enhance engagement.

– **Email Newsletters:**
– Design and distribute regular newsletters to our subscriber list.
– Curate content that highlights promotions, events, and company news.

– **Website Updates:**
– Make basic updates to the company website, including posting new products or services.
– Ensure content is current and accurately reflects the brand.
