Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Delivery & Cross-Communication Specialist to help us build out and refine our project execution plan. This role will focus on structuring a streamlined, technology-driven collaboration system that integrates various modules and components, ensuring seamless communication between all developing parties. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, cross-functional communication, and the ability to simplify complex processes while leveraging the latest technology for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and structure a comprehensive project execution plan that organizes all project components, enabling clear tracking, validation, and execution.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved, ensuring alignment across development teams.
Design a technology-driven framework to manage project components, ensuring that teams can share, track, and finalize documents in a structured manner.
Ensure that deliverables are received in a logical order, allowing for efficient execution and validation of each step.
Implement a checklist-based validation system to streamline execution, ensuring each phase is completed accurately before moving forward.
Support cross-functional teams in understanding their roles, responsibilities, and dependencies within the project.
Optimize workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, process planning, or business analysis, particularly in coordinating multiple stakeholders. Strong background in cross-functional communication, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams. Experience with collaborative project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, Notion, or similar). Ability to simplify complex workflows, ensuring the system is user-friendly while maintaining structure and accountability. Knowledge of document tracking and validation processes to ensure seamless project execution. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently while also effectively managing input from various teams. Experience in workflow automation and optimizing team collaboration using modern technology.
