Overview

Position: Lead Caller & Sales Representative (Pickleball Facilities)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Lead Caller & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling leads generated by our marketing campaigns and helping convert them into paying customers for our clients’ pickleball facilities.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads provided by our clients’ campaigns.
Qualify leads, answer questions, and promote facility memberships, events, and programs.
Build rapport with potential customers and overcome objections.
Track and update lead information and call outcomes in our CRM system.

Position Type:

Remote
Part-time or full-time options available
Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations. - Prior sales or customer service experience preferred. - Interest in or knowledge of pickleball is a plus. - Organized and self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
