Position: Outreach and Engagement Representative
Location: Remote (Houston, TX & Fort Bend County, TX Focus)
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Outreach and Engagement Representative to join our team remotely. This position will focus on phone sales, cold calling, cold prospecting, re-engaging previous clients, and using creative marketing strategies to grow our presence in the Houston and Fort Bend County areas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct phone outreach and cold calls to potential clients.
Reconnect with past clients to re-establish relationships and promote new offerings.
Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
Create sales collateral, marketing materials, and other content to support outreach efforts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education landscape.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and customer interactions.
Report on performance metrics and sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
Familiar with the education landscape in Houston, TX, and Fort Bend County, TX.
Experience in phone sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative with marketing strategies, email campaigns, and content creation.
Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM software for tracking leads and sales.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Passionate about education and helping students achieve success.
