Organized & Relational Account Supervisor for Marketing Agency- Remote/Part-Time

Note this position is part time for 20 hours/week to start with the possibility to grow to 25 hrs/week. This can be discussed more during an interview, but you should be ok with working some in the morning (2 hours) and some towards the end of shift EST (2 hours), our hours are 9 am-6 pm EST so typically between those hours.

We’re a digital marketing agency that has been helping small brands grow their sales on Amazon since 2016. We’re looking for a dedicated Account Supervisor to join our team and serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn new skills, and brings a teachable and positive attitude to the table.
✨ What You’ll Do
As an Account Supervisor, you will:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and attentive service
Lead monthly reporting calls on Zoom with clients to share insights and results from their Amazon advertising and listings
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner (less than 24 hours M-F)
Track and organize key deliverables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Provide clear, simplified updates on campaign performance and work completed for the client
Communicate client needs internally to our team to ensure timely execution
Manage recurring monthly client touchpoints and follow-ups via Zoom and email
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have 2+ years of experience in customer service, client account management, executive assistance, or related fields
Are tech-savvy and open to learning about Amazon, e-commerce, and digital marketing
Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Are extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Thrive on follow-up and follow-through
Enjoy working independently with a high level of accountability
Bring a teachable spirit and positive attitude
Can multitask with ease and remain calm under pressure
Love helping people and solving problems
WHAT TO KNOW:
You will need a computer and a good video camera for this role (no computer will be provided)
It is fully remote
You must have a dedicated quiet work space
🧠 Bonus Points If You Have…
Experience working in Amazon Seller Central or supporting e-commerce brands (not required, but highlight this if you have it)
Knowledge of marketing, branding, or advertising
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Zoom, Teamwork, Click Up, or similar platforms

This is a W2 position and not a 1099 contractor position which means less taxes for you! We do a twice a month payroll.
