We serve as the marketing team for our electrical industry-based clients. We provide the full offering of services to our clients from – strategic planning to execution. Services include, but are not limited to website, social media, email marketing, internal and external communication, branding and print materials.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist/Virtual Assistant to support our growing client base. This role involves tracking key metrics, managing communications, handling project management tasks, coordinating promotional items, organizing multiple email accounts, assisting with invoicing, and proofreading content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a strong background in marketing support.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: • Track and analyze key marketing metrics for multiple clients. • Assist with client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and task coordination. • Oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials. • Organize and manage multiple email accounts efficiently. • Assist with invoicing and financial tracking. • Proofread marketing content, emails, and reports for accuracy. • Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed.Qualifications: • Experience in marketing, project management, or administrative support. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. • Excellent communication and proofreading abilities. • Proficiency in marketing tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. • Experience with Trello and QuickBooks software is a plus. • Ability to work independently and proactively.Position Details: • Type: Contractor: 5-8 hours a week • Location: Remote • Compensation: $25/hr.
