Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Lead Manager to join our Wholesale team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads through various stages of the sales funnel.

The reality of this position:
We are a small team and looking to grow. We can only do this if we have dedicated individuals who have a passion for sales and helping people. We want you talking to people and scheduling appointments! Leaving voicemails and sending an email is great, but we need you being aggressive in wanting to have conversations. That could look like this: You make a call to a lead in the morning, you leave a voicemail. Several hours later you call them again and leave them another message. You call them after 6 pm when they might be off work. Maybe a call on the weekend. The goal is too actual speak to humans, not just make endless calls. Be creative, the choices are endless in how you can get a response back. Even a “no” is a success in our eyes because it means you were able to get in touch with someone!

With over 10 yrs of phone sales experience you’ll get hands on training, and we will make you the best possible version of yourself when it comes to this area – that is our promise. We’ve lead sales teams of 15-20 individuals in the past and we will get the best out of you. It might be through tough love, it might be by listening to your phone call recordings and giving you unfiltered feedback but we want you to succeed. We want you to want to get better too! We will offer you support and provide leads so a big lift is already done for you. We want you focusing on what matters which is having conversations. Conversations leads to trust and trust with customers leads to sales. We have a method to our madness, and it does work – Trust the process!

Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming leads and categorize them based on priority and potential
– Follow up with leads through emails, phone calls, text messages or other communication channels to ensure proper engagement
– Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their potential as clients
– Set appointments for our agents based on their and the clients availability.
– Track and update lead statuses in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
– Work closely with us on our sales team to ensure smooth transitions for qualified leads
– Assist with administrative tasks related to lead management as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer service, sales, real estate or administrative role (preferred, but not required)
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
– Comfortable using CRM systems and other software tools to manage lead data
– Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales environment

Schedule:
– Flexible hours to accommodate your schedule, may be required to work weekends
– Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment
