Position Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be a crucial team member supporting our sales operations and client relationships. You’ll work directly with clients handling inquiries via email and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries in both English and Spanish
Guide potential buyers through available land investment opportunities
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and property interests
Assist in preparing sales documentation and contracts
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes
Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs and goals
Support marketing initiatives for property listings
Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Follow Up Boss)
Self-motivated with a proven track record of initiative
Natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
Forward-thinking mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Demonstrated empathy and active listening skills
Passion for real estate and property investment
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Availability minimum of 1 hour per day, 7 days a week
