The Opportunity
We are a manufacturing operations management software company. I’m looking for someone exceptional to help me reclaim my focus on high-impact strategic activities by taking ownership of critical business and personal operations.

About Me
I’ve been building this company since 2018, drawing on my 20+ years of manufacturing management experience. I’m married with 6 children (2 boys, 4 girls) ranging from 7 to 21 years old. We live in Southwest Montana. My Christian faith is important to me, and I’m passionate about helping manufacturers succeed.

Why This Role Matters
My highest value comes from focusing on strategic growth, key client relationships, and product development. To accomplish this, I need a trusted partner who can:

  • Manage my communications (email, messages, calls)
  • Own my calendar and ensure I’m focused on priorities
  • Execute important operational tasks
  • Handle research, coordination, and follow-up
  • Take complete ownership of delegated projects

On most days, you’ll handle 70% of what lands on my plate so I can focus deeply on the 30% that moves our business forward.
