Customer Success Manager (Digital Marketing)
Overview
100% remote, flexible time, part time 25 hours (looking to turn to full time)
We are a small but growing digital marketing company who helps CFO’s and Accountants grow their businesses through lead generation.
We are looking for a highly competent, autonomous, assertive, and emotionally intelligent Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can maintain relationships and be a client advocate from first touch to last.
ABOUT THIS JOB
The CSM job is a customer facing role that connects with and retains our clients by executing the following tasks:
- Conducting onboarding calls and setting clear expectations according to our processes
- Building personal relationships and making clients feel special (with a monthly gifting budget)
- Conducting check in calls with clients to show results and “take orders” to pass to our backend fulfillment team (issues and action items).
- Collecting testimonials, asking for referals, and knowing general customer temperatures
- Educating clients where necessary
We are very process oriented, and expect all team members to log learnings into their “playbook” for future learning as we scale. We use Asana for project management and ticketing, and google docs for SOP’s.
Our team is efficient, operating together as a unit, but working independently. We respect eachother’s time, and trust each other’s integrity to do the job correctly.
This role requires client calls and communication via zoom, email, text, and phone. This job offers the option for travel to tradeshows, but is not required.

Those with experience in digital marketing or in the accounting / finance professionals are highly encouraged to apply. Also, assertive and professional moms who juggle household activities, build relationships with other families, and who volunteer for leadership positions (like PTA or sports) have translatable skills and are also encouraged to apply.
JOB DETAILS
- This job will start part time contract position (25 hr/wk, 10-99) with the intention to turn full time.
- The first 30 days will be a probationary period to ensure it’s the right fit for both sides.
- Candidates must be available for shifts within the window of M-F 9am-6pm. We will work together to decide your flexible shift times for our clients.
- We hold 2 hour-long team alignment meetings held at the beginning and end of each week (typically Monday and Friday at 10am est, unless holidays)
- We are poised to grow, and are looking to hire and train ASAP!
