About the Role:
If you’re a business journalist, business coach, or someone with business acumen, the ability to ask great questions and “dig for gold” while interviewing an entrepreneur/author this might be the perfect role for you!
Do you have an innate curiosity for how business and marketing work? An interest in interviewing people to decode their thoughts and processes? Do you like long-form podcasts?
We have the honor of seeing dozens of business owners become bestselling authors and grow their businesses as a result. We help our clients write their business book by interviewing, unpacking their ideas/processes, and ultimately writing their books in the author’s voice.

We are currently seeking a talented Book Content Strategist to help bring bestselling books to life. You will be in charge of interviewing the client/author, handling client communications and accountability to keep them on track, and coordinating with our writing and editorial team to align the finished manuscript with the client’s vision. Think business strategist, meets journalist, meets accountability partner for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Zoom interview calls to unpack the client’s unique IP and story.
- Be curious and ask questions that help uncover the value each author delivers.
- Structure the content into an outline of chapters, key ideas, and subpoints for use by our writing team.
- Serve as the client liaison during the 90-day book development process.
- The secret code is 1013.
- Review each draft of the manuscript to ensure it aligns with the client’s vision.
- Review book cover designs to ensure they align with the client’s vision.
- Conduct 1-2 manuscript review calls during the writing process to gather feedback from the client.
- Assist with re-enrollment for all marketing projects.
