About Our Client
Our client is transforming access to pediatric developmental therapies by connecting families with high-quality, in-home speech and occupational therapists. Our mission is to ensure that every child gets the care they need—faster, easier, and with fewer barriers.
We are launching an Affiliate Referral Program to expand awareness and drive growth through trusted community engagement. To support this initiative, we are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator who will help grow and manage this program. This position is available as a part-time opportunity (20-25 hours/week), with potential for full-time consideration for exceptional candidates who bring significant relevant experience.
About the Role
As the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in building and managing our client’s Affiliate Referral Program, helping with affiliate recruitment, engagement, and performance tracking. You will support growth by managing day-to-day operations, assisting in outreach efforts, and optimizing engagement with referral network.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, sales, or community-driven growth who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Support & Execution
- Assist in the day-to-day management of Affiliate Referral Program to support patient and provider growth.
- Help recruit, onboard, and engage affiliates through structured outreach efforts with a goal of maintaining 10+ active affiliates.
- Maintain program materials, including affiliate onboarding resources, FAQs, and tracking tools.
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines and best practices.
Recruitment & Engagement
- Identify and reach out to potential affiliates, community advocates, and referral sources.
- Support outreach efforts across digital platforms and community networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates to encourage engagement.
- Assist with local media outreach during slower periods.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Manage affiliate tracking systems (Airtable) to monitor referrals and performance.
- Track key performance metrics and compile weekly and monthly reports.
- Gather feedback from affiliates to improve engagement and optimize the program.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, partnerships, or community-driven sales.
- Experience with community marketing targeting parents or family-focused audiences, with demonstrated success engaging in parenting communities and groups.
- Active Facebook user with experience engaging in groups and understanding of community guidelines.
- Strong bias toward action—you prioritize execution and iteration over lengthy planning.
- Self-sufficient problem-solver who can overcome obstacles without constant supervision.
- Able to communicate authentically in online communities without sounding promotional.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools, CRM platforms, or tracking systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to outreach.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Able to work flexible hours occasionally to engage with community discussions.
