💼 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Land Acquisitions Manager, you’ll help landowners move forward with selling their property — many of whom have been sitting on it for years, not knowing what to do with it.
You’ll be trained to:
Research property values (we’ll teach you how!)
Talk with sellers and understand their story, timeline, and needs
Negotiate win-win solutions and present offers
Manage our pipeline of leads inside our CRM (we use tools like GoHighLevel and Airtable)
Coordinate contracts, title, and closing (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
Provide weekly reports to track progress and impact
You’ll be working closely with the company owner and lead manager, gaining firsthand insight into one of the most profitable and proven niches in real estate: land.

🧾 Details
Status: Independent contractor (1099)
Hours: 15–20 hrs./week to start, mostly weekdays (flexible for school schedules)
Compensation:
$15–$20/hour starting base (based on experience)
After 60 days: performance-based commissions on every signed deal
Potential for full-time role with increased responsibilities & pay
🎓 Requirements
A quiet, dedicated home workspace
Great written and spoken English
Reliable computer and internet
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Experience with spreadsheets, CRMs, or project management tools is a bonus
Background in sales, real estate, admin, customer service, or similar = awesome (but not required)
