Role Overview
As a Project Leader, you play a pivotal role in our creative process, working closely with our partners (clients) to transform their visions into compelling finished products. This position demands a blend of creativity, writing and editing savvy, leadership, and project management. By leading a team of writers, editors, and designers as needed during the project, you ensure a seamless journey from concept to completion, bringing projects to life with excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
-Work closely with our partners to develop and refine their ideas into books, workshops, online courses, keynotes, and other intellectual properties.
-Lead the project from initial concept through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process and tracking budgets relative to milestones.
-Contribute advanced editing and writing skills to upgrade projects and polish them to final content excellence.
-Conduct regular outward-facing calls with partners, providing feedback, eliciting information, and guiding the project’s direction.
-Provide guidance for and coordinate with internal team members, including writers, designers, and editors, to meet project milestones.
-Maintain proactive communication and ensure deadlines are met.

Skills Required
-Demonstrated expertise in writing and editing with an excellent command of English grammar and nuances.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in client-facing and team leadership roles.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a fully remote team.
-Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit, open to learning and sharing new ideas.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Basic task management system skills are a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree in Creative Non-Fiction Writing, English, or a related writing-focused field preferred.
-At least 2 years of experience in publishing, writing, education, communication, or project management with a writing focus.
