We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated Land Acquisitions Specialist to help us connect with landowners, build rapport, and negotiate deals. You’ll play a key role in helping our founder step out of the day-to-day sales so he can focus on expanding the business.

A BIT ABOUT US
We’re a small but growing real estate investment company that specializes in buying and reselling vacant land. While our land division is fairly new, we’re not new to real estate — our founder brings over a decade of experience flipping houses, wholesaling, and building strong, scalable systems.

Since making the shift to land, we’ve already generated over six figures in revenue and built out the infrastructure needed to grow. Now, we’re looking for the right person to help us take things to the next level by handling negotiations and getting contracts signed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
– Speaking with landowners to gather property information and build rapport
– Running comps and helping us determine what we can offer
– Negotiating with sellers to get properties under contract
– Inputting notes and updates into our CRM so the rest of the team can keep things moving
– Following up with warm leads and checking in as needed
– Adjusting your schedule based on seller availability (we work across several U.S. time zones)

TOOLS WE’LL TRAIN YOU ON
These are the tools we use daily to evaluate properties and manage our process — and we’ll teach you how to use each one with confidence:
– REGRID, Land ID (formerly MapRight), and county GIS systems for property research and due diligence
– Google Drive, Notion, and Excel for file management, organization, and basic analysis
– Our CRM with an integrated phone system to manage leads, log communication, and stay on top of follow-ups
– A variety of simple comping tools and mapping platforms to help you determine property value

COMPENSATION
– $2,000/month base with 5% commission on gross profit for every deal you close (We aim for at least $30,000 in gross profit per deal — so your commission potential is significant.) $500 advance paid at time of purchase, with the rest paid once the property sells
– Independent contractor (1099) role
– 20–40 hours/week with flexibility to plan your day around personal or family needs

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– You’re located in the U.S. and have great phone and written communication skills
– You’re self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working independently
– You’re organized and able to manage follow-ups and track details without hand-holding
– You enjoy solving problems and staying persistent to get a “yes”
– Real estate experience is a huge plus, especially in land, wholesaling, or as a licensed agent familiar with the investor space
– Most importantly, you’re ready to grow with a business that’s growing fast
