The Role
The Health Coach plays a vital role in providing personalized support and guidance to clients, ensuring strong communication through various channels. This position involves facilitating multiple types of coaching sessions, including Protocol Help, Transition, Mindset, and group Phase calls, while maintaining detailed documentation in the client tracking system (GHL). The coach is responsible for managing client intake, reviewing key details such as medical history and goals, and ensuring privacy and confidentiality are upheld. Additionally, the role includes administrative duties such as scheduling, task management, and maintaining client records, all aimed at keeping workflows organized. The Health Coach also takes part in team meetings and contributes to ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices. With a strong emphasis on effective communication and organizational skills, this role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting client health journeys.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication & Engagement:
Monitor and respond to internal messages/threads in Slack
Manage and respond to emails in the inbox
Engage with and respond to posts/comments in the Facebook Group (Collaborative with team).
Review and address Practice better client messages 2-3 times per day (Collaborative with team).
Review and address GHL incoming messages for active clients (Collaborative with team).
Review and complete GHL tasks .
Follow up as needed with clients.
Session & Call Facilitation:
Facilitate Protocol Help sessions with clients and document session notes in GHL platform
Facilitate Transition sessions with clients and document session notes in GHL platform).
Facilitate Mindset sessions with clients and document session notes in GHL platform.
Facilitate daily Kickstart calls for new clients.
Administrative & Organizational Tasks:
Attend Delivery Team Sync meetings.
Assign client protocols
Send invite emails for session bookings .
Send Fullscript protocols
Update FAQ documentation as necessary
Client Support & Coaching Calls:
Facilitate group Phase/Protocol Calls.
Facilitate Mindset Group Call.
Attend CEO’s group calls.
Provide assistance and support as needed.
Client Intake & Follow-Up:
Conduct Intake Reviews for new clients and document key details in GHL platform
Conduct Cellular Toxicity Screenings as needed.
Scheduling & Task Management:
Manage and update Google/Practice Better calendars.
Ensure weekly calls, admin time, and breaks are scheduled.
Follow up and complete tasks in Asana.
REQUIREMENTS
Active RN License & Health Coach Certification – Must maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and an active health coaching certification.
Background Check – Able to pass background and reference checks. Living and able to work in the United States
HIPAA Compliance & Client Privacy – Adheres to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality protocols to protect client information and ensure privacy.
Proven Mindset Coaching Experience is a MUST – Demonstrated experience in mindset coaching, guiding individuals toward positive thinking, goal achievement, and personal growth through structured techniques, accountability, and motivational support—without providing out-of-scope psychological therapy or any type of trauma counseling
Strong Communication & Engagement Skills – Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members across multiple platforms, including Slack, email, and social media.
Experience in Client Coaching & Support – Previous experience facilitating coaching sessions, guiding clients through health protocols, and providing structured support.
Organizational & Time Management Skills – Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently while balancing multiple responsibilities.
Collaboration & Teamwork – Works effectively in a team environment, participates in sync meetings, and contributes to shared responsibilities.
Tech Proficiency – Comfortable using GHL, Asana, Zoom, Google Practice Better, Google and other digital tools for client tracking, scheduling, and communication.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and adjust strategies to provide the best support.
TIME & COMPENSATION
This is a full time 1099 contractor position: $33-$35 Hourly
Available to work Monday – Friday during east coast standard business hours (9am to 5pm).
Able to work 40 hours per week with some flexibility. RESULTS
