We are looking for a highly skilled, marketing-driven Executive Operations Assistant (EOA) to work alongside the founder, streamlining acquisitions operations, driving marketing and lead generation, and helping to scale our growing business. This integrator-focused operations role is ideal for someone who excels in marketing, systems, real estate, and business growth strategy.

Who We’re Looking For
An operator and integrator at heart with a passion for real estate and marketing—someone who thrives in systems, processes, and execution while driving marketing and business growth. You understand how to manage marketing initiatives, track KPIs, optimize workflows, and support acquisitions. You are eager to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm and play a pivotal role in scaling multiple business units.
✅ Marketing – Strong experience in managing marketing campaigns, optimizing lead funnels, tracking KPIs, and refining lead generation strategies to drive acquisitions.
✅ Business & Operations-Driven – You understand business strategy, love building and refining processes, and can execute efficiently.
✅ Real Estate Experience – A background and passion for real estate acquisitions and development.
✅ EOS Background (Entrepreneurial Operating System) – Experience with EOS or similar frameworks is a major plus.
✅ Tech-Savvy & AI-Driven – You’re comfortable with CRMs, automation tools, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing, operations, and lead generation efficiency.
✅ Team Player & Hard Worker – You take initiative, collaborate well, and have a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do
• Manage Marketing: Help oversee marketing campaigns, optimize lead funnels, track KPIs, and refine lead generation strategies for real estate acquisitions.
• Assist in Scaling the Business: Work closely with the founder to expand operations, develop new business strategies, and drive acquisitions growth.
• Streamline Operations: Implement, optimize, and manage business processes and marketing automation to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Optimize Systems & Processes: Work within our CRM and operational tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Leverage AI & Automation: Research and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance marketing efficiency, lead tracking, and acquisitions processes.
• Support Acquisitions & Development: Assist in deal flow management, pipeline tracking, property due diligence, and data analysis.
