We’re seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in transforming rural vacant land across the United States. This full-time position offers a Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday schedule from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT, providing a perfect blend of structure and flexibility.

As the cornerstone of our customer interactions, you’ll guide clients through their land investment decisions with confidence and care. In this phone-based role, you’ll connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Your energy and ability to foster relationships will create meaningful experiences, building trust and loyalty at every touchpoint.

This will be a 1099 position. Our target compensation for this role is $500 – $650 per week, depending on experience, which translates to an annual salary of $35,000 – $45,000. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commissions on top of this base salary, providing further potential for financial growth.
