Executive Assistant
Part-Time (fully remote)

We are looking for an experienced and qualified C-suite Executive Assistant to join our Crew. Hours are based on need, with opportunities to grow into regular part-time or full-time roles as they arise. Our Crew members support Executives across a variety of industries with varying needs. We foster a collaborative and supportive working environment, while Crew members provide direct support to our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is the right mutual fit for longevity.

The ideal candidate:

You’re a seasoned professional EA, and you still have that sharp instinct for what needs to happen next. You’re organized, proactive, and resourceful; you thrive behind the scenes, supporting high-level leaders. You’re confident working with legal, finance, and HR teams, and you know your way around a variety of tools and systems. Whether it’s handling internal ops, compliance paperwork, or auto streamlining communications, you take the initiative and keep things moving to optimize and elevate your leaders’ time, their client experience, and the business infrastructure.

This remote, flexible role is designed for someone who wants meaningful, high-impact work that fits into their life without compromising excellence.

-Is highly organized and comfortable proactively taking ownership, scheduling meetings, managing projects, and responding to emails on the client’s behalf.
-Is focused on customer service/satisfaction/hospitality. Has the ability to see the big picture, provide strategic recommendations, and then implement them.
This role requires tech-savvy individuals who can learn and get up to speed on new systems quickly.
-The ability to be responsive during business hours is absolutely necessary.

Responsibilities may include:

-Aid executive in preparing for meetings
-Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
-Comfortable and self-assured communicating with high-level executives in Fortune companies and representing the client with the utmost professionalism in communication, and the ability to communicate articulately and effectively
-Make travel arrangements
-Oversee planning and coordinating workshops and events
-Help troubleshoot and support CRMs and other systems
-Answer emails and phone calls from clients, and return client calls
-Manage calendar and appointments
-Communicate clearly and effectively with the team
-Manage projects as they arise
-Create and document processes and SOPs
-Organize and maintain files
-Provide strategic support and recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements

-C-Suite or equivalent experience (7 years minimum)
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
-Experience working with a CRM and Zoom
-Availability for at least 10+ hours a week during business hours (and has the desire and availability to grow and increase hours gradually)
-Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, high-level communications, and logistics
-Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask with great follow-up skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-High standards of discretion, professionalism, integrity, and diplomacy
-A proactive self-starter
-Independent problem-solver
-Understands the time sensitivity that often comes with the role
-Triage and execute tasks promptly
-A positive attitude – you enjoy what you do, and you are proud to support the client and their brand!
-Competency with a variety of software applications
-Ability to thrive and go above and beyond with complete autonomy
Take a “manage up” approach to quarterback everything for the client and their business, taking the initiative to ensure your executive is well-informed and has what they need before all meetings, calls, appointments, workshops, retreats, etc.
-Comfortable with, and set up for, working entirely remotely – ideally, remote support experience necessary
-Detail-oriented with data input/management
-Ability to connect with people and develop and maintain professional relationships

Starting Compensation:
