Position: Sales Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and supporting our mission to help more people achieve land ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
– Follow up with new leads via phone, text, and email to build relationships and close sales.
– Consistently follow up with clients regarding late payments via phone, text, and email.
– Track and submit detailed reports on sales activities and performance.
– Communicate effectively and promptly with clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
– Report directly to the President
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
– Experience selling vacant land is a strong plus.
– Must be comfortable making phone calls and engaging in direct client communication.
– Strong ability to follow up consistently and respond to leads quickly.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Compensation:
– Fixed compensation during the training period.
– Transition to 100% commission-based structure with bonuses post-training.
